From April 21 to May 20, a large-scale 4DSOUND system hosts diverse spatial sound events including live performances, diffusions, workshops, and more. With music composed specifically for one of the most advanced spatial audio setups in the world, the residency programme includes several world premieres, and a killer line-up. This will be an unmissable opportunity to experience spatial listening at Stone Nest.
4DSOUND is more than just a technology company. They are an ecosystem of creatives working with spatial sound as a creative medium, connecting expertise, talent, research, and content. Close collaborators include Momom Studio in Berlin, Lobe Studio in Vancouver, and Spatial Sound Institute in Budapest. They also deliver workshops, masterclasses, and courses that provide a deep understanding of the practical application of 4DSOUND software and spatial audio theory and design. Their educational outreach aims to contribute to the development of the field by enriching, expanding, and diversifying the landscape of creatives working in the field of spatial sound.
4DSOUND in Residence is presented by Stone Nest, 33-33, and 4DSOUND, in partnership with Richard Thomas Foundation, Monom Studios, Lobe Studio, Amoenus, MESH, and Bloomline Acoustics.
